Cheryl L. Page, most recently of Sullivan, died Sunday in Decatur Memorial Hospital after an on-going illness related to kidney failure.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11, 2008, at McMullin Funeral Home in Sullivan. Graveside services will follow at Greenhill Cemetery, Sullivan. Memorial donations are being accepted at the 1st Apostolic Church, 902 South Hamilton, Sullivan, IL., 61951.

Cheryl was born on July 13, 1951. She was a 1969 graduate of SHS, where she excelled in band and athletics. She was an accomplished roller skater and was a member of the local womens softball team from 1962 through 1972. She played both second base and pitcher.

Her musical talents included clarinet and guitar and she was best known recently for her work within her church and the clown ministry.

She is survived by her uncle, Nile Page.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mervin and Fern; her sister Judy; and her brother, Allen.

She retired from Brach Candies in Sullivan after a 32-year career.

Cheryl never met a stranger and her humor and wit will live after her. Her faith in the Lord was unshakable.
