It says he died in the GA State Sanitarium in Baldwin Co, GA..BUT HIS ADDRESS was Cook County, GA.
His wife, Mrs. D. H. Ogletree, has a pension application on line under Cook County, Ga. in the Archives . See # 178657-00135. She says she married D. H. Ogletree in Worth County, GA about 20 Aug 1867 and he died on Dec. 18, 1922. Proof of their marriage is in Worth County records and her name was Catherine Dunford, when she married Mr. D. H. Ogletree. The family tree on line has her birth as March 1850 and death as 1928- but burial is not listed.

Some say he went by the name Jack, but, I have not found any evidence of this. He was the son of John & Lively E. Pittman Ogletree and husband of Catherine Adaline Dunsford
Ogletree. They had the following children: Allis Gertrude, John William(Johnny). Mary Etta, David Rammie, Hattie Elizabeth, Eddie Franklin, Abbie C and Newton Carol Ogletree. 1900 Census of Berrien Co., Ga. gives his first name and birthdate.
