Lifelong Anchorage resident Caleb G. Green, 13, died June 18 at Harbor View Seattle from injuries suffered in an automobile accident. A service was held at the Baxter Latterday Saints Chapel with the Rev. Wade Huls officiating.

Caleb was born April 6, 1976 in Anchorage. He attended Wendler Junior High School and was a member of the Boy Scouts. He had nearly completed his requirements for his Eagle Scout award. He enjoyed basketball, baseball and wrestling. According to a family member, he also had a unique sense of humor.

He is survived by his parents, Betty and G. Hayden Green, of Anchorage; his sister, Tirzah, of Anchorage; his brothers, Joshua, Nathan, Timothy and Matthew, all of Anchorage; his sisterinlaw, Karen, and his niece Hannah, both of Anchorage; his maternal grandmother, Bertha Prather, of Arizona; and his uncles, Max and Dean, both of Chicago. The family suggests that memorial contributions be directed to the Boy Scouts of America, 3117 Patterson Road, Anchorage 99504. Funeral arrangements were by Kehl's Forest Lawn Mortuary.
