Albert "Bud" Meager, 74, of Creston, died Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2000, at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital.
Services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Armstrong-Waite Funeral Home in Seville, with the Rev. O.C. Lloyd and Brian Thompson officiating. Burial will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.

He was the loving father of Glen Meager of Florida, Karl (Evette) Meager of Westfield Center, Steve Meager of Columbus, Carl and Alan Meager, both of Chippewa Lake, Cathy (Tony) Thompson of Rittman, Butch (Bernice) Meager of Medina and Gary (Shelly) Meager of Seville; grandchildren, Heather, Jonathon, Alex, Shawn, Dawn, Julie, Dean and Addie; a great-grandson, Christian; a brother, Dan (Jahala) Meager of Wadsworth; and sisters, Barbara Calvin of Waterloo, S.C., Emily (Dave) Schaumberg of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Donna (Bud) Hardy of Hudson.
