William C. Alexander
Funeral services for William C. Alexander, 79, well-known Wilmington roofing contractor, will be held tomorrow afternoon at the Yeatman Funeral Home, 819 Washington Street. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Mr. Alexander, a native of this city, was found dead yesterday in his room in the Hotel Rodney. He maintained a residnece at 1002 Delaware Avenue, but lived at the hotel.
Coroner E. Everett Kelley, who investigated, said death was due to coronary thrombosis. He was pronounced dead by Dr. Irvin I. Berlin.
Mr. Alexander, a bachelor, was the son of the late William H. and Beulah Grubb Alexander. He had been in the roofing business here since his youth and carried on the business started by his father. His office is located at 511 East Fourth Street.
There are no immediate relatives.
