Monica Clemons Meredith, 95, of Hodgenville, died Friday, Oct. 3, 2008, in Hodgenville.
She was born Jan. 14, 1913. She was a housewife and storekeeper and a member of Rock Creek Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Layman Meredith; her parents, Oliver and Gertrude Johnston Clemons; three brothers; and a sister.
Survivors include four sisters, Eunice Noble of Mount Washington, Eula Lee of St. Augustine, Fla., Bernice Rustici of Camp Hill, Penn., and Shirley VanHooser of Jekyll Island, Ga.; and a brother, Chester Clemons of Clarkson.
The funeral is at 1 p.m. CDT today at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home in Clarkson with the Rev. Harvey Craddock officiating. Burial will be in Rock Creek Cemetery.
