GENERAL DIES SAN ANTONIO, Tex, Jan. 17. (AP) Maj. Gen. James F. McKinley, 60, United States Army, retired, died today of a heart attack. General McKinley was a nephew of the late President McKinley and achieved a distinguished career in the Army.
