Funeral services were held on Sunday afternoon at Rhodes Methodist Church in Nelson County for Mrs. Ella J. Coffey who died at her home on Chestnut Avenue Friday morning. Rev. H. Lee Scott, of Waynesboro, assisted by Rev. H. S. Irvine and the Rev. Mr. Barbour, conducted services.
Active pallbearers were R. D White, Jetta Anderson, Henry Goodwin, Lewis Fox, Mr. Bradley, L. C. Dawson.
Honorary included John Heron, William White, Adam Craig, Guy Rusmiselle, Mr. Dickerson, Mr. Adkins, Mr. Chas. Dribellis, Ike Wine, Dr. J. F. Hubbard, T. W. Quesenberry, George Ferguson and Chas. Snead.
