DEATH CLAIMS CHAS. CISLER

Mr. Charles H. Cisler, one of the best known and most highly esteemed residents in this vicinity, where he had spent his entire life, died this morning, about 3 o'clock, following an illness of but a few hours from an attack of acute neuralgia. For some time he had been ailing with a cold, but his condition had been considered by no means grave.

Mr. Cisler was past 76 years of age. He was a son of Henry and Anna Cisler, and was born in Marietta, Oct. 16, 1838. Soon thereafter, with his parents, he located at the farm just northeast of the city, where he has since resided. The family has been prominent here for many years.

He was a member of the German Lutheran church, in this city, and was active in its affairs when he was able to be present.

Mr. Cisler was married to Miss Mary Blohm, the ceremony taking place 45 years ago last June. Besides his widow, the deceased is survived by three sons and one daughter. They are: Dr. Louis H. Cisler and Dr. Reuben T. Cisler, of this city, and Wallace Cisler, who resides at the home, and Mrs. R.A. Goodhue, of Wheeling, W.Va. One brother, Thomas Cisler, resides in this city.

Funeral arrangements, which are not yet completed, will be announced later.
