Flora Bussabarger was the daughter of Jacob Snider Sr and Margaret Oatman Snider. She married John W Bussabargar 13 Nov 1857 in Harrison Co. Flora (age 13) was in listed Jacob's household in the 1850 Harrison Co Census. Flora and John W Bussabarger (both age 23) were listed in Jacob's household in the 1860 Harrison Co Census along with their infant daughter Lydia M (age 8 months).
