"Thelma Mae Stewart was born 3 Nov 1914 in Manitou Springs, CO to Warren and Mae (Townsley) Stewart. She moved with her family to Blue Mound, KS where her father took up farming. She attended and graduated from high school in Blue Mound, KS, probably in 1932. While her maiden name was Stewart and she went by that until she was married, she was "adopted" and raised by her cousin, William Burnsworth and his wife, Mabel. On 2 Jan 1935 she married Charles H Rogers in Kansas City, MO. They moved to Craig in August of 1940 and was where she resided the rest of her life. She died 13 Mar 2003."
