Dale W. Broadfoot, 57, of Lower Burrell died at 9:30 p.m. Saturday, March 19, 2005, at home after being ill for two years.
Born March 1, 1948, in Harrison, he lived in Tarentum before moving to Lower Burrell 26 years ago. He was a member of Grace Community United Presbyterian Church, Lower Burrell, and a former Mason. Mr. Broadfoot enjoyed woodworking, gardening and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Diane (Archibald) Broadfoot; 2 daughters, Melissa Broadfoot of Lower Burrell and Heather Beyerlein (Greg) of Centerville, Md.; a son, Brian Broadfoot of Bethesda, Md.; a grandson, Dylan William Beyerlein of Centerville, Md.; and 2 sisters, Mrs. Wilbur J. (Patricia) Hill of Freeport and Mrs. James E. (Joyce Ann) Vorpe of Trumansburg, N.Y.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William A. and Gertrude A. Bryson Broadfoot; and an aunt, Jeannette Broadfoot.
The family will receive friends at the KRYNICKI FUNERAL HOME INC., 1007 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, where a funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Kenneth Foust, his pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
