Ruth Louise Calender, 95, of Nashville, died at 2:10 p.m. Wednesday, September 24, 2008, at Brown County Health and Living Center.
Born October 24, 1912, Mrs. Calender was the daughter of Kenneth and Myrtle Howard. She married Ancil Calendar in 1932.
She was a member of First Christian Church in Flora.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ancil in 1991, a son, three brothers and one sister.
The funeral was at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 27, at McDonald Funeral Home in Lafontaine, with Rick Smalling officiating. Burial was in the Lafontaine IOOF Cemetery.
