Visitation will be from 8 to 9 a.m. Wednesday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel. The funeral will follow there at 9. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
Mr. Diveley was born Nov. 27, 1953 in Pekin, Illinois. He moved to Casa Grande in 1961. After graduating from Casa Grande Union High School in 1971 he joined the Navy and served in the Vietnam War. After a short time in Southern California he returned to Casa Grande.
For the past few years he was a clerk for Bashas'. Before that he worked for Fry's for many years. He was an optimist, always seeing the glass half full. He was willing to share all that he had and enjoyed reading.
Survivors include four children, Tristain, Eric and Jillian Diveley, all of Casa Grande and Jocelyn Braaten, of El Paso, Texas; his mother, Vesta Sheppard Diveley, of Casa Grande; two sisters, Nancy Wofford and Letatia Passmore, both of Casa Grande; a granddaughter; three grandsons; and two step-granddaughters.
He was preceded in death by his father, Archie Diveley, and a stepson, Jason Wise.
