Joan was born to Alvin Joseph and Anna Mary(Kohlbeck)Holly. She lived in Manitowoc all through her school years and met the love of her life Donald Norman Tosten and they married April 30, 1949. They moved to California in 1963. There they had 2 children Todd Brian and Michelle (Shelly) Jean. They moved back to Wisconsin briefly but then decided that the winter were just too cold so they moved back to California. They stayed there and then decided on another move east but this time to Smyrna Tennessee.
Joan was a wonderful mother and wife. Very giving, caring and loving. She leaves behind many that will miss her tremendously.
