Bobby was born October 26, 1952 in Anson, TX to Garland and Maurita Dooley and was a student at Abilene High School. He worked for the City of Abilene Water Department and was a faithful member of Grace Tabernacle where he enjoyed playing his banjo and fellowshipping with all of his friends. One of his favorite pass times was spending his day at the lake fishing. Bobby will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Bobby is survived by one son, Bobby Dean Dooley Jr.; Stepmother Mackey Dooley of Abilene; three sisters, Barbara Aulseybrook and husband Norm of Abilene, Brenda Evans and husband Pat of Clyde, and Betty McGinty and husband Mack of San Marcos; two aunts, Frances Moore of Bryan, TX and Jo Ann Henderson and husband Sam of Navasota, TX; several nieces, nephews and great friends.
Preceding Bobby in death are his parents Garland and Ruth Dooley.
