Born in Webster, Mass., on May 21, 1971, he was the son of Bruce A. Ryan I and Theresa Therrien.
Bruce graduated in 1990 from Bay Path Regional Technical Vocational High School in Charlton, Mass., where he was an HVAC/R VICA gold medalist. He continued in the HVAC field throughout his life. He had a strong passion for music and enjoyed playing his guitar. He loved spending time with his nephew Ryan and niece Samantha. Bruce had a great sense of humor and could always make you laugh. He loved the outdoors as well as fishing and hunting with his father. He was greatly loved by all and will be truly missed.
He leaves behind his father, Bruce A. Ryan I and stepmother, Donna M. Ryan of Highgate Center; his mother, Theresa A. Piette and stepfather, Robert Piette of Las Vegas, Nev.; his sister, Tracie A. Young-Maskell and husband, Mark Maskell Sr., and nephew, Ryan J. Young of Highgate; sister, Crystal A. Ryan-Saad and niece, Samantha Saad of Webster, Mass.; grandmother, Viola Therrien of Webster, Mass.; very special friends, Vera Green of Laconia, N.H. and Holly Root of St. Albans, Vt.; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2007, at 11 a.m. from The Kidder Memorial Home, 89 Grand Ave., Swanton. The Rite of Committal and Interment will follow in the Ryan family lot in St. Louis Roman Catholic Cemetery, Lamkin Street, Highgate Center. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6 to 9 p.m. Gifts in Bruce's memory may be made to Missisquoi Valley Rescue, P.O. Box 22, Swanton 05488.
