Frances was born to Frances and Myra (Dodge) Fulton. She moved to Twisp at a young age. Then moved to Wenatchee. She married Cecil Adams on Jan 27, 1921 at Wenatchee. They made Pateros home. Cecil passed away in 1933. Frances married Charles Dolfay on Dec. 22, 1939 in Wenatchee. Mr. Dolfay passed away in 1973. Mrs. Dolfay is survived by her daughter Mrs. Jean Boone.
