According to newspaper article she filed for divorce in 1915.
Charlotte married Charles E Allen on April 16, 1917 in Lucas county, Ohio.

Charlotte was a gifted and talented singer. She studied music in New York. She was known to have performed at the Metropolitan Opera House. She strongly advocated for Opera in the English language and is know to have performed "A Lover's Quarrel" which was written for the conductor of the Chicago Grand Opera Company.
