Funeral services for Brandy Lynn Cook, 25, of Slagle were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 4, 2005 at Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville the Rev. Sandy Guynn officiated.
Burial followed in Self Cemetery in Hornbeck.
Miss Cook died Friday, July 29, at Byrd Regional Hospital in Leesville.
She is survived by her parents, James and Sun Cook of Leesville and Sharon LeCroy and Dale Ball of Slagle; brothers, James Cook of Leesville and David Cook of Knoxville, Tenn.; step-brothers, Michael J. Cook of Philadelphia, Pa. and David and Jackie Ball of Leesville; step sister, Jennifer Ann Cook of Leesville, sisters-in-law, Sherry Cook and Connie Cook, both of Leesville and Cherylene Cook of Rosepine and nephews and nieces, James Cook, II, Staci Cook, Courtney Cook, Brenna Zittle and Massie Ball, all of Leesville and Corey Cook of Rosepine.
