Ella Lounsberry Dies In Redfield; Rite Set Tuesday

Doland - The Funeral Services for Mrs. Claude Lounsberry, 79, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the First Methodist Church. The Rev. John Cecil and Miss Myrtle Gage will officiate with burial in the Doland Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Bryson Funeral Home, Redfield, Monday morning and evening at the church before the service.

Ella M. Quinn was born May 19, 1888 near Doland to Joseph and Anna Quinn. She was married to Claude Lounsberry, in Redfield, May 14, 1907. She had been a life resident of Spink County and had lived in Redfield for the past 22 years. She died Friday at the Community Memorial Hospital, Redfield.

She was past matron of the Corona Chapter 87 of the Order of the Eastern Star in Doland and a member of the First Methodist Church, Doland.

Survivors include one son Edward, Redfield; one grandson and one great granddaughter; two sisters, Jessie, Mrs. Earl Gray, Parkston and Josie, Mrs. V.W. French, Sioux Falls; two brothers, W.J. Quinn, Clark and G.E. Quinn, Livermore, Calif. She was preceded in death by her husband and on sister.
