Aaron was born to EA 'Buster' and Olive Burbank.

He graduated from Jefferson High School in Portland and then joined the Merchant Marines.

He married Virginia Arlene Sherman in 1950. They lived in Portland, where Aaron worked for Blake Moffit and Town. The family moved to Dallas in 1961 and later to the farm in Pedee.

Aaron worked for Polk County in the Assessors Office, retiring in 1990.

Aaron married his second wife Anona 'Nonie' Lorenzen in 2000.

He loved hunting, fishing, cutting firewood and attending his grandchildren's sporting events and school concerts.

He was preceded in death by his two wives.

Survivors include his children, Lonnie (Pam) Burbank of Pedee, Leslie Burbank and Larry Burbank, both of Portland, and Anne (Bob) Parker of Corvallis; sisters, Laura Dyer, Alma (Bill) Clark and Ruth VanDaam; brothers, Lyle (Terri) of Philomath and Lew (Sue) of Dallas; numerous members of his step family; and four grandchildren.
