Toots Brown, 93, of Everman, a retired self-employed carpenter and retiree from Borden Dairy after 28 years, passed away Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008, in Fort Worth.
Graveside service: 2 p.m. Tuesday in Prairie Springs Cemetery. Dr. Terry Williams will officiate. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Crosier-Pearson-Cleburne Funeral Home.
Mr. Brown was born May 16, 1915, in Lillian to Albert and Kate Floyd Brown. He married Zilla Mae Simmons. She preceded him in death Jan. 13, 1996. He was an avid trade day and flea market participant and a member of the Baptist faith.
Survivors: Sister, Katie Shaw and husband, Alex, of Burleson; foster son, Andrew Sullivan; sisters-in-law, Hattye Brown of Burleson and Irene Brown of Everman; and numerous nieces and nephews.
