Allen A. Turnbaugh
Clara Turnbaugh Cox
A father and daughter died within a 25-minute period in the same home at 526 Lowther street, Bellwood, last evening when Allen A. Turnbaugh, aged 80, died Feb. 1, 1948 at 7:45 o'clock, and a daughter, Mrs. Clara Cox, aged 53, died at 8:10 o'clock, apparently as the result of grief over her father's death. Mr. Turnbaugh, a retired yard brakeman for the Pennsylvania railroad, had been ill for a long period but Mrs. Cox was apparently in good health prior to her collapse. Friends of Mr. Turnbaugh are being received at the Mauk & Yates funeral home while those of Mrs. Cox will be received at the Fuoss Mortuary, Bellwood.
