Obit: George H. Hawks died at the home of his son A.J. Hawks of near Springtown. The Rev. Hawks had lived in the area only four years. He was a retired Presbyterian minister, age 78. He was survived by a wife and several children. Two sons, Will & Ed Hawks of Rossville, Kansas attended the funeral.
