Anthony "Andy" Loren Wheeler, of Hillsboro, KY, passed away Saturday, May 13, 2006, at Owingsville, KY at the age of 37 years, 1 month, and 5 days.
He was born on Tuesday, April 8, 1969 in Dayton, OH, a son born to Effie Jo Evans Wilson Shirley and Larry D. Wheeler, Sr.
Tony was a construction worker, hanging drywall. He loved his children and all of his animals. Tony was saved a few years ago. He will always be remembered as a loving son, father, brother, grandson, and friend.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Loren and Lou Wheeler and Hoover Triplett.
He is survived by his mother, Effie Wilson Shirley of Hillsboro, KY; his father, Larry D. Wheeler, SR. of Olympia, KY; his children, Anthony L. Wheeler, II and Ashley Nicole Wheeler and Courtney Nicole; two sisters, Betty Lou Hall of Montgomery County, KY and Lana Prater and husband Marty of West Liberty, KY; three brothers, Larry D. Wheeler, Jr. and wife Rhonda of Olympia, KY, Eric Wheeler and wife Sue of Carlisle, KY, and Greg Wheeler and wife Rita of Olympia, KY; and his grandparents, Betty and Delbert Peyton of West Liberty, KY; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral service, 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 16, 2006, at the Potter Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in the Flatwoods Cemetery, Woodsbend, KY. Visitation, 6:00 p.m., Monday, May 15, 2006, at the Potter Funeral Home.
