Joshua was born January 8, 1987, in Tulsa, OK and had lived in Atlanta, GA, this past year. He was in the process of moving back home and was more than excited to be around family and friends again.
Joshua is survived by: his parents, Donny and Janice Jay of Oklahoma City; brother and sister-in-law, David and Cristan Jay of Annapolis, MD; brother, Jonathon Jay of Broken Arrow; sister, Brittany Jay of Chickasha; grandmother, Jacquetta Hampton of Tulsa; great-grandmother, Juanita Payne of Chickasha; and grand-parents, Yvonne and Paul Sipes of Elk Port, IA; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
