Married Quincy Edward Gardner January 27, 1943 in Lawrence, Kansas.

Marjorie E. Gardner died Monday June 5, 1995 at her home in Keystone Heights, Florida. She was 69. Born in Columbus, Kansas, moved to Florida from Topeka, Kansas in 1959, living one year in Melrose before settling in Keystone Heights in 1960.

She was a volunteer at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Lake City. She was also the former fist vice chairman of the Volunteer Executive Committee for the Hospital. She was a member of the AmVets Post 86, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2811 in Middleburg, and a founding member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Keystone Heights.

She is survived by her husband Quincy "Q" Gardner of Keystone Heights; two daughters, Carol Lineback of Kingsport, TN and Wilma Drew of Lady Lake, FL; a son, Edward Joseph Gardner of Keystone Heights; two sisters, Waldene Reasoner of Columbus, KS and Mary Louise Miranda of Whittier, CA; a brother, Norman Hubbard of Houston, TX; and five grandchildren.

Graveside services were held at the Keystone Heights Cemetery on Saturday, June 11, 1995.
