HANS J. KROG
Hans J. Krog, son of Mr. and Peter Krog, of Diamond Lake Township, died Tuesday evening at 9 o'clock. Consumption was the cause.
He worked in Iowa last year and came home in the fall, since which time his health has rose and fell, the plaything of that dread, mysterious consumption, until Tuesday night, when life, weary and wasted with the vain strife, gave him up to eternity.
Deceased was about 20 years old. For the past two years he has been a member of the Danish Brotherhood. He was a young man of many excellent qualities and much promise and his premature death is a sad blow to his parents and relatives.
The funeral services will be held at the Danish church at 1 o'clock this afternoon, conducted by the Danish Brotherhood. The interment will take place at the Diamond Lake cemetery.
The heartfelt sympathy of the community goes out to the Krog family in their great sorrow.
