Fayette County - DAVID CLAY BOWLING, 51, resident of Ripley, MS, Welder for Masterbilt Corporation in New Albany, MS, and son of the late Robert E. Bowling, Sr. and Mary Lou Turner Bowling, died September 23, 2008. Joint Services with his father will be at 4 p.m. Thursday at Peebles Main Funeral Chapel in Somerville with interment in Shady Grove Cemetery at Williston. Visitation 3-4 p.m. Thursday at Peebles Main Chapel. A Methodist, Mr. Bowling is survived by his brother, Robert E. Bowling, Jr. (Kathy) of Atoka; his sister, Sharon Bowling Nelson (Charles) of Roswell, NM; one nephew, one niece and two great-nieces. Memorials are requested to Good Dog Rescue, 1753 Carruthers, Memphis, TN 38112.
