Bobby retired from Gibbs Machines of Greensboro.
Mr. Spivey was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Gladys.
He is survived by his daughter, Bobby Jewel Llewellyn and husband, Robert, of Knoxville, Tenn.; sons, Richard Lee Spivey and wife, Cindy, of Colfax, and Ronnie Spivey and wife, Debby, of Greensboro; sister, Lou Smothers, of Pleasant Garden; brothers, Charles Spivey, of Greensboro, Bill Spivey, of Petersburg, Va., and Ed Spivey, of Coates, N.C.; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
