The Swalm Brothers Sextet composed of Lloyd, Levi, Roy, Edgar, Harold, and Roosevelt Swalm sang. They are cousins to the father of the child. Four neighbor boys acted as pallbearers and interment was made in the cemetery adjoining the church. The sextet sang; 'We Shall Meet Again,' 'In The Sweet Bye and Bye,' 'Abide With Me,' and 'In the Beautiful Garden of Prayer.'
