Adna Dale passed away, and Alice later married Earl Gallentine, whom Kenneth considered his father as well. Kenneth was raised and educated in Crystal Lake, Illionois. On Friday; November 9, 1951, Kenneth was united in marriage to Donna Mae Carr. The couple made their home in Marshalltown; Marshall County, Iowa. They later moved to LeGrand; Marshall County, Iowa and more recently, they lived in Montour; Marshall County, Iowa. During his life, Kenneth worked at Heartland Dairy, American Machine, ACI, owned the LeGrand Motel from 1976-1980, and owned and operated LeGrand Heating and Air Conditioning. Kenneth loved working in the garden and renovating houses.

Zachary Klingbeil of Marcus; Cherokee County, Iowa. Lindsay (Felicia) Catron of Cedar Rapids; Linn County, Iowa. Ryan (Tiffany Clingerman) Catron of Marshalltown, Iowa. Kendra, Sydney and Cody Maulsby. Several great-grandchildren. His son-in-law: David Klingbeil of Marcus, Iowa. "son" John (Pam) Fleming of Gladbrook; Tama County, Iowa.
