Frances was born August 8, 1908, in Milaca, MN, to the late John and Judith (Kennedy) Moore. She grew up and attended school in the Milaca area. Frances was united in marriage to Floyd Bartlett in June of 1927, the couple made their home in Page Township, Mille Lacs County, MN. The couple owned and operated Country Cousins Antique’s. Floyd died in 1967. She continued living at home until 1999 when she moved into the Onamia nursing home and resided there until her death. Frances was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Milaca, MN. She enjoyed antique collecting, embroidery, quilting and making rugs.
Survivors include her daughter-in-law Mary Ann Bartlett of Brooklyn Center, MN; grandson, Matthew Bartlett and wife, Cindy, of Northville, MI, Jim Bartlett and wife, Barb of Maple Grove, MN, Greg Bartlett of and fianceé Angela of Austin, TX; great-grandchildren, Meagan, Madeline, Hanah, Kayla and Joe Bartlett.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Floyd in 1967 and son, Murray in 1982.
