Ruth Anne Neville, age 86, formerly of Riverview Towers, died on Saturday, October 6, 2007, at the Nentwicks Convalescent Home after a brief illness.

Mrs. Neville was born in East Liverpool on June 11, 1921, the daughter of the late Edward B. and Annie M. (Kerr) Kell, she had lived her entire life here retiring in 1982 from Clendenning Florist where she worked as a Bookkeeper. A graduate of East Liverpool High School in 1939, Mrs. Neville also attended the Grace Martin Secretarial School. She was a member of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Calcutta as well as the former Calvary Methodist Church where she was active with the Young Women's Bible Class, the United Methodist Women and the Altar Guild she also served as the church Treasurer.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Donald M. Neville, in 1987, they were married in 1952.

Survivors include a son, D. Mark Neville and his wife, Cathy, of Calcutta and a daughter, Elizabeth Ann Weber and her husband, Robert, of East Liverpool. 5 Grandchildren; Brian Neville and his wife, Bethany, of Logan, Ohio, and Annie Boso and her husband, Ryan, Angela Merriman and her husband, Brian, Aaron Weber and his Fiancée, Casey Thompson, and Aaron Francis and his wife, Shanna, all of East Liverpool. 3 Great Grandchildren; Alexandra and Wyatt Neville and Andre Francis.

In addition to her parents and husband Mrs. Neville was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Walter E. "Red" Kell and Edward B. Kell and 2 sisters, Jean Kell Martin and Anna Mae Toland.

Services will be held at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Tuesday, October 9, 2007, at 11:00 AM with Pastor Walt Weaver of the Church and her grandson, Pastor Brian Neville officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Calcutta Chapel on Monday, October 8, 2007, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Calcutta.
