YANCEY, Wallace -- Of Pinole died in Vallejo on January 23, 2001. Father of Randall Carl Yancey of Pinole, Dale Curtis Yancey of Tracy, Dwayne Alan Yancey of Pinole and Kristi Anne Yancey of Windsor; brother of David Yancey of Marysville, Alzina Kauk of ND, Verda Orchard of ID, Velda Plant of El Sobrante, CA, LeRoy Yancey of UT and Adam Yancey of ID; grandfather of three. Mr. Yancey was owner of Yancey Realty in Pinole for 15 years. He also owned Magic Video in Pinole for 5 years and built numerous homes in Contra Costa County. A veteran of U S. Army, serving in the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed homebuilding, gardening and coin collecting. A Viewing will be held from 10:00-11:00 am on Saturday, January 27, 2001 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Richmond Ward, 330 Carlston, Richmond. Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 am at the Church. Refreshments will follow from 12-1:00 pm. Dedication of the Grave will be at Groveland Cemetery, Blackfoot, ID.
