EDGAR TANNEHILL
Services for Edgar Theodore Tannehill, 84 of Bethel, were held Saturday at the Musgrove-Coder Funeral Home in Bethel.
Mr. Tannehill died Thursday at his home in Bethel.
He was born Mar. 3, 1887, near Plevna, and had lived in Bethel the past eight years. He was the a son of Peter and Julia (Matkins) Tannehill. He had served in the U.S. Navy during WWI. On June 27, 1920, he was married to Alice L. Schnaufer at the Zion Church. She survives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Gladys Bichsel of Shelbina; a granddaughter, Vicki Black; and a great-grandson, Damon Black.
