A funeral for William S. "Bill" Lamon, 64, of Rt. 7, Athens, will be at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow at the First Baptist Church in Athens. Mr. Lamon died at 8:15 a.m. today in the Decatur General Hospital after a six-month illness. The body will be at the church from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Rev. Robert Kribbs and Rev. Kermit Gore will officiate and there will be full Masonic graveside services at the City Cemetery. McConnell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
