DUNCAN - Funeral services for Ira William Crotts, 67, a resident of this area since 1915 who died Saturday at his home here, will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow in the Duncan Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Mr. Crotts, a native of Savannah, Tenn., came to Arizona at age 14 and resided with his family at Labanon, where he worked as a ranch hand on the Brewery Ranch.
After owning and operating farms in Safford and Duncan, he became farm supervisor for the State Industrial School 1960. He retired in 1965 and returned to Duncan.
Burial will be in Duncan Cemetery. Friends may call after 5 p.m. today in Caldwell's Duncan Funeral Chapel and from 1 p.m. to services tomorrow at the church.
Surviving are his wife, Olive; five sons, Valadee, Dennis and Carl, all of Duncan, Tommy of Morenci and Harve of Santa Cruz, Calif.; four daughters, Mrs. Donna Joy Goodman of Greenbriar, Ark., Mrs. Mary Stephens of Duncan, Mrs. Helen Teeter of Mona Pourri, New Zealand and Mrs. Patricia Ford of Tucson; two brothers, Ralph and H.M., both of Prescott, a brother and sister out of state and 19 grandchildren.
