Pat was preceded in death by her sister, Sandra F. Appleby on December 7, 2004.
Survivors include her parents, Kenneth and Dorothy Appleby; brother, Danny (Liz) Appleby; sister, Susan Appleby; nephew, Kenny (Leslie) Appleby; niece, Mindy Appleby.
Funeral services were Saturday, September 20th at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home.
