DALLAS E. BUDDY COURSEY, JR., 55, passed away September 2, 2000 in St. Augustine from cancer.

He is survived by Janice Coursey; four children, Danielle Smith (Steve), Stephanie Crenshaw (David), Leslie Coursey, and Dallas E. Coursey, III; parents, Dallas E. Sr. and Elizabeth G. Coorsey; three sisters, Mary Alice Strickland (J.C.), Patricia Bowles, and Betty Ann Gordon (Keith); and two grandchildren, Bryce and Ashley.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, September 6, 2000 in the Chapel of HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 4315 Main St., with Rev. Ben Jones officiating.

Private interment will be held in Evergreen Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
