Services will be at 3 p.m. today in Kingsland Community Church with the Rev. Tommie Beck officiating. Graveside services will be at 9 a.m. Friday in Llano Cemetery in Amarillo with Dr. John Bridwell, pastor emeritus of First Christian Church in Amarillo, officiating. Mrs. Moore died after a battle with cancer. Jane was born May 30, 1922, in Clovis, N.M., to Otis and Jane Priest. She spent most of her childhood and adult life in Amarillo, graduating from Amarillo High School in 1939 and attending Amarillo College. Early in her career, she worked for the Pantex ordnance plant and Santa Fe Railway. She retired as office manager for Weight Watchers of West Texas in 1989.

In 2006, immediately after the death of her husband of 52 years, Robert Moore Jr., she moved to Kingsland to the Windwood Retirement Community, where she met and enjoyed many new friends. She was an active member of First Christian Church in Amarillo while living there, and Kingsland Community Church after moving. She was active in womens activities and Sunday school in both churches.

The family would like to thank Kingsland Hills Care Center and Llano Memorial Hospice for the love, care and compassion shown to Jane over the last few months.
