Taken from Obit: Bessie Chastain, 71, died Thursday in Wallace Hospital. She is survived by her husband Bullet; two sons, Lloyd Dibben of Buffalo and Norman of Independence; three daughters, Ella Mae Dismang, Ellean Chastain, and Zola Grobe; two step-daughters, Anna Nelson and Norma Thomas; two half-sisters, Sarah Belle Darby and Julia Mae Burtin. Funeral services will be Sunday at Bennett Spring Church of God with Revs. Earl Moore and Marie Smith officiating. Burial will be in Flatwoods cemetery directed by Palmer-Pickering Funeral Chapel of Lebanon.
