ALLEY - Mrs. Annie H. "Pippie" Edge, 73, of Valley died Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at George H. Lanier Memorial Hospital in Valley.
Funeral services are planned for Friday, July 27 at 11 a.m. at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel in Valley with the Revs. Mike Newman and Jeff Thorn officiating. Burial will follow at Fairfax Cemetery.
Mrs. Edge is survived by her husband, Harold D. Edge; two sons, Robbie D. (Kim) Edge and Randy (Allison) Edge, both of Valley; four grandchildren, Ryne "Drew" Edge, Krysten Critchfield, Peyton Edge and Benjamin Edge; and two step-grandchildren, Barry Fuller and Kaley Fuller.
Born Feb. 17,1934 in Valley, Mrs. Edge was the daughter of the late Josie Ledbetter Hudmon and Cecil Hudmon. She was a very active member of Grace Baptist Church, where she played the piano for more than 30 years. Mrs. Edge was a former member of the Valley Bowling League. She was preceded in death by her brother, John W. "Trot" Hudmon.
The family will receive friends Thursday, July 26 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley.
