Miss Carla Melissa Walker, age 34, of Atmore, Ala., died Saturday, August 30, 2008 at her residence. She was a native of Baldwin County and a resident of Atmore for most of her life.
Miss Walker is survived by her mother and stepfather, Sheila and Kenneth Hill of Atmore; her father and stepmother, Willie C. and Linda Jenkins of Atmore; two sisters, Linda Montgomery of Pensacola, Fla. and Tanisha Hill of Atmore; four brothers, Willie F. Walker of Marion, Ala., Kelvin Hill of Atmore, Willie G. Jenkins of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. and Blake Jenkins of Pensacola.
Funeral services were held Sunday, September 6, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. at Jones Street Holiness Church with Bishop Willie L. Williams, pastor, officiating. Interment followed in Fairview Cemetery.
