WINNSBORO (Special) — Funeral services for Clinton W. Eubanks, 69, of Winnsboro will be at 2 p.m. today at Boeuf River Baptist Church, with the Revs. Harold Davis, Jack Barnes, George Bonner and Doyle Adams officiating.

Burial will be in Ft. Necessity Cemetery under direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro.

Mr. Eubanks died Tuesday afternoon en route to St. Francis Hospital after a short illness.

He was a native of Smith Co., Miss., and was a member of Boeuf River Baptist Church.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Bertha Enna Goodwin Eubanks of Winnsboro; 12 sons, Loyd Eubanks, Henry Eubanks, Elvin Eubanks, James Edgar Eubanks, Jimmy Eubanks and Tim Wayne Eubanks, all of Winnsboro, Elton Eubanks of El Dorado, Ark., Elton Franklin Eubanks of Houston, Tex., Kenneth L. Eubanks of Monroe, M-Sgt. Clinton W. Eubanks Jr. of Vietnam, S-Sgt. Charles Ray Eubanks of Okinawa,Sgt. Joseph D. Eubanks of England Air Force Base in Alexandria; three daughters, Mrs. Edna Jean Carroll and Mrs. Florence Potter of Winnsboro and Mrs. Myrtis Louis Parrott of Ft. Necessity; two brothers, J. N. Eubanks of Ft. Necessity and Floyd Eubanks of Rayville; one sister, Mrs. Lee Anna Shelton of West Monroe and 29 grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be James Beatty, Irvin Wright, Earnest Chevallier, Huey Richardson, Credo Cobb and John R. Johnson.
