Curtis B. Kelly Sr., 80, of Kelly Row. Saxton, died May 29, 2001, at his residence. Born Feb. 14, 1921, in Saxton, he was the son of the late Michael Bruce and Ethel May (Thomas) Kelly. He married Lillian Wyles Dec. 12, 1952, in Winchester. Va. During World War II, he served as a private in the U.S. Army and received the Asiatic-Pacific Theater Ribbon with three bronze battle stars, the Philippine Liberation Ribbon with one bronze battle star, the Good Conduct Medal and the Victory Medal.
