NINA LOIS BUTLER In Castro Valley, January 13, 2004, beloved wife of the late Earl Butler, loving mother of Diana Joy Robinson, Ed Butler and the late David Butler, dear sister of Sherman Lee Hemstreet, devoted grandmother of 10 and great grandmother of 5. Graduate of University of Utah and Westminster College and receiving a BS degree. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Hayward, Delta Zeta Sorority, Eastern Star, and loved singing, painting and gardening. A native of Lincoln, Nebraska, aged 88 years. Friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service, Friday, January 23, 2004 at 1:00 pm, First Presbyterian Church of Hayward, 2490 Grove Way, Castro Valley. Private interment, Alta Mesa Cemetery, Palo Alto has been held. Family prefers donations to the Cystic Fibrosis Research or First Presbyterian Church of Hayward. Chapel of the Valley Mortuary (510) 581-0900.
