Gene Coale, 47, El Dorado Springs, was found dead in his home about noon Wednesday by his doctor, Dr. Robert Magee, who said Mr. Coale had called him to his home, according to a funeral home spokesman.
Cedar County Coroner John Cantlon ruled the death probably a heart attack.
Survivors include four sons, Kenneth Daniel, Donald Eugene, Devin Carl, and David Lee, all of El Dorado Springs; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mahlon Coale (Lelia), El Dorado Springs; a brother Eldon, of El Dorado Springs; and one grandchild. Isbell-Carothers will announce arrangements.
