Mary Aeby passed away at Hoisington Monday, January 12. Funeral services are being held at Ransom today (Thursday).

Mary Aeby was born July 20, 1887. She was one of 12 children of Benjamin and Bertha Aeby, who resided on a farm near Ransom, Kansas. She departed this life January 12 at the Hoisington Lutheran hospital at the age of 65 years, 5 months and 23 days.
Five of her brothers and sisters have preceded her in death. Six survive her.
After the death of her father in 1910, Mary lived with her mother near Ransom until 1911, when they moved to Kingman, Kansas, where they made their home until her mother’s death in 1926. She was a life long invalid.
Since that time she has been cared for by her brothers and sisters in their homes and the last 14 months in the nurses convalescent home at Hoisington.
